Heating Assistance Outreach at Machias

DCP Energy Services staff will be conducting an outreach event to assist community members applying for the Heating Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) 2023-2024 season.

Community members interested in completing the HEAP application process in person at the above location should contact DCP Energy Services by phone (207-610-5914) or email heap@dcpcap.org.

The occurrence of all community outreach events is contingent upon a sufficient number of community members interested in completing the HEAP application process in person.

If there is insufficient community member interest in a particular outreach event, community members who have signed up for that particular event will be notified, and their HEAP application process will take place by phone on the same date at the same time they were scheduled to meet with our staff in person.
