The Blue Hill Peninsula Community Resource Collaborative (CRC), a coalition of groups working to improve support services for low-income families, is looking for an individual to serve as a part-time coordinator for its meetings and activities. The staff coordinator will be part of the work team at the Washington Hancock Community Agency (WHCA), the CRC's fiscal sponsor. The successful candidate will be well-organized, have good interpersonal skills, have computer skills and access to a computer, and access to transportation.
At Home Downeast Administrative Assistant
A program of WHCA, At Home Downeast is a fast-growing, ever-changing member-based, volunteer supported organization designed to provide elder residents with essential services, empowering them to continue to live independently in their homes as they age.
Position responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, up to 24 hours per week position. Responsibilities include support coordination of services to members and volunteers; administrative support; information management; data management; and clerical functions for At Home Downeast. Position is part-time located in Blue Hill.
Qualifications: Detail oriented multi-tasker; ability to accurately enter data; strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated by success in working with diverse population including elders; proficient in current Microsoft Office programs; excellent organizational skills; and flexibility in working hours, preferred Bachelor's Degree.
We are seeking part-time drivers to join its transportation operations in Hancock and Washington counties, including the Ellsworth/MDI/Blue Hill area. Candidate must have clean driving record, pass criminal and child protective background checks, meet drug and alcohol testing requirements, and not have an active record on the System for Award Management (SAM) website.
