The Washington Hancock Community Agency has the following anticipated openings.

Call
Center Customer Service Representative (5 positions):  This full-time position works in the Call Center with service recipients, performing intake activities for all clients. This position ensures that all clients receive the appropriate information packet with all required information; certifies eligibility; ensures all required information is obtained at the time of intake; and is cross-trained as a data entry specialist and, if appropriate, assigns a mode of transportation at the time of scheduling. Minimum qualifications include: high school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience, including office work involving customer service, customer information intake, and data entry.

Client Call Center Customer Service Representative (1 position):  This full-time position works in the Call Center with new
MaineCare members, performing intake activities; certifying eligibility; ensuring all required information is obtained at the time of intake; scheduling requested trips and, if appropriate, assigning a mode of transportation at the time of scheduling. This position is cross-trained to perform all intake activities for all clients, ensuring the receipt of the appropriate information packet
with all required information, as well as cross-trained in data entry of driver log sheets. Minimum qualifications include: high school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience, including office work involving customer service, customer
information intake, and data entry.

Billing Specialist (1 position):  This full-time position is responsible for ensuring all volunteer drivers, NET Agency Providers, and MaineCare Friend and Family client invoices and log sheets are complete and appropriate to service agreements; verifying that mileage is accurate and reasonable; and processing all invoices for payment within established timeframes. This position is cross-trained in the Call Center as a Customer Service Representative who performs intake activities; certifies eligibility; and ensures all required information is obtained at the time of intake for MaineCare members. Minimum qualifications include: a high school diploma or equivalent; two years of work experience; and excellent mathematical and computational skills.
